/KASE, April 21, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC (KASE ticker – BTRK) dated April 7, 2026, Y. Dossaev was excluded from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of nine persons.
