/KASE, April 20, 2026/ – "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (KASE ticker – MFSC) provided the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00015720 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFSCb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.50 % per annum; 30/360) with changes registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on April 15, 2026, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one previously issued.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificate was replaced due to a change in the term and coupon rate;
• the term has been changed from two years to three years;
• the coupon rate on bonds has been changed from "21.5 %" per annum to "23.5 %" per annum.
