• the bank bought back 1,239,889 common shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of 10 or more percent of the total number of the bank outstanding shares is "United Group Alatau" JSC, owning 164,078,731 common shares of the bank (97.77 % of the total number of the bank outstanding shares or 100.00 % of the total number of the bank outstanding common shares).
