• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 5,827,140 units, preferred shares - 107,910 units;
• 1,942,380 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of 10 or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is SPECIALTY METALS HOLDING COMPANY, owning 917,235 common shares of the company (44.74 % of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 47.22 % of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
