/KASE, April 17, 2026/ – Today, special trading sessions for the placement of two issues of municipal bonds of the city of Astana took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZZJ00000177 ("government securities" sector, ASK022_017; KZT 1,000, KZT 15,000,000,000; 17.04.26 – 17.02.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 15.0 bn;

2) KZZJ00000185 ("government securities" sector, ASK013_018; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,000,000,000; 17.04.26 – 17.05.27; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 5.0 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
