/KASE, April 17, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 15, 2026, SY Investment Company JSC (Almaty) was accepted as a member of KASE in the categories "stock" and "derivatives".

Membership in these categories means the right to participate in exchange trading of securities admitted to circulation (trading) on KASE, as well as derivative financial instruments.

This decision of KASE's Board of Directors on the admission of SY Investment Company JSC to KASE membership in the "stock" category is effective as of April 17, 2026, and in the "derivatives" category – as of April 16, 2026.
