/KASE, April 17, 2026/ – Investment Company Standard JSC (KASE ticker – STDI) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 14, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
• to pay dividends on the company’s common shares in the amount of 490,080,000 tenge;
• to leave 544,522,176.07 tenge in the company's retained earnings account.
