/KASE, April 16, 2026/ – The consolidated financial statements for 2025 and the auditor's report of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – BRKZ) have been published.

According to the report of KPMG Audit LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as its consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
