/KASE, April 16, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of LIC "Freedom Life" JSC (ticker KASE – ASLF) dated April 10, 2026, Zh. Zhayssanbaeva was excluded from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of LIC "Freedom Life" JSC consists of four people.
