/KASE, April 16, 2026/ – On April 14, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00017846 (KAFIpp12; KZT 1,000, KZT 150.0 bn; 3 years, annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 16, 2026.
