/KASE, April 16, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC (KASE ticker – FRMP) dated April 10, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: R. Batalov;
• elected: K. Sharlapaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC consists of seven people.
