According to the report of Deloitte LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly in all material aspects the financial position of BASS Gold LLP and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
