/KASE, April 15, 2026/ – Bereke Bank JSC (SB Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) (ticker KASE – BERK) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated April 9, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the bank's audited annual financial statements for 2025;
• net income in the amount of 63,116 million tenge shall be left in the account of retained earnings of previous years;
• not to pay dividends on the bank's common shares for 2025.
