/KASE, April 14, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that the following bonds of ForteBank JSC were removed from KASE official list due to reaching maturity:

• KZ2C00000107 (KASE main market, category "bonds", TEBNb14; KZT 0.01, KZT 6.0 bn; 14.04.07 – 14.04.26; semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360);
• KZ2C00000115 (KASE main market, category "bonds", TEBNb15; KZT 0.01, KZT 6.0 bn; 14.04.07 – 14.04.26; semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360).

These bonds had been in the "A" category of KASE official list since April 13, 2007, and in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market – since June 1, 2017. Trading in them began on May 22, 2007.
