/KASE, April 13, 2026/ – Today, special trading session for the placement of two issues of municipal bonds of the city of Astana took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZZJ00000193 ("government securities" sector, ASK120_019; KZT 1,000, KZT 618,390,000; 13.04.26 – 13.04.36; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 0.6 bn;

2) KZZJ00000201 ("government securities" sector, ASK 060_020; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,855,172,000; 13.04.26 – 13.04.31; semi-annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 1.9 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems.
