/KASE, April 10, 2026/ – On April 9, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017791 (ORBSb8; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 10, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the second one under the first bond program of Orbis Leasing LLP, registered on October 3, 2023, in the amount of KZT 10.0 bn.
