/KASE, April 7, 2026/ – Special trading sessions took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today to place two issues of municipal bonds of West Kazakhstan region.

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003036 ("government securities" sector, ZKK084_303; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,063,004,000; 07.04.26 – 07.04.33; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 3.1 bn;

2) KZMJ00003044 ("government securities" sector, ZKK 120_304; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,021,000,000; 07.04.26 – 07.04.36 ; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 1.0 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems.
