Effective April 6, bonds KZ2P00017726 (MFSFb9) and KZ2P00017734 (MFSFb10) of MFO "Smartolet Finance" are included in "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market
/KASE, April 6, 2026/ – On April 2, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:
- KZ2P00017726 (MFSFb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00017734 (MFSFb10; $100, $1.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board is effective as of April 6, 2026.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
