Effective April 6, bonds KZ2P00017775 (MFRFb28) and KZ2P00017783 (MFRFb29) of MFO "R-Finance" were included in "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market
/KASE, April 6, 2026/ – On April 2, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "R- Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:
1) KZ2P00017775 (MFRFb28; $100; $5.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);
2) KZ2P00017783 (MFRFb29; $100; $5.0 mln; 180 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board is effective as of April 6, 2026.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
