Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company), in accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Investment and Venture Funds", notifies of the occurrence of grounds for termination of the existence of the Interval Unit Investment Trust "Halyk-Liquid" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) due to the discrepancy between the value of the net assets of the Fund as a result of the execution of applications for the redemption of units and the requirement for the minimum size of assets of the unit investment trust and the failure to eliminate this discrepancy within two months from the date of its occurrence (the period from 30.01.2026 to 30.03.2026).
