/KASE, April 2, 2026/ – On April 2, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00017820 (BTRKb30; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 13 months; the coupon is paid once at maturity, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering;
actual/365) of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 2, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the 13th under the 10th bond program of National Investment Holding "Baiterek" JSC, registered on April 25, 2025, in the amount of KZT 2.0 trln.
