/KASE, April 2, 2026/ – Following a decision of the sole shareholder of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (KASE ticker – SKKZ) dated March 25, 2026, Y. Dossayev was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of SWF Samruk- Kazyna JSC consists of seven people.
