/KASE, April 2, 2026/ – By the decision of the Board of Directors of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – HSBK) dated March 30, 2026, Kiril Atanasov Bachvarov was elected to the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of 10 people.
