/KASE, April 1, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC (KASE ticker – SEGR) dated March 27, 2026, G. Klets was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC consists of five people.
