Agenda of the meeting, taking into account the addition:

1) approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the company shareholders;

2) on approval of the conclusion of a major transaction by the company;

3) approval of the procedure for distributing the company's net income for the third quarter of 2025. Taking a decision on the payment of dividends on the company's common shares for the third quarter of 2025 and approval of the dividend amount per common share of the company.
