According to the report of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material aspects, the consolidated financial position of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
