/KASE, March 31, 2026/ – On March 31, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list:

• KZ2C00017689 (AGKKpp16; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 1 year 5 days; the coupon is paid once at maturity, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; actual /365);
• KZ2C00017697 (AGKKpp17; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 1 year 1 month; the coupon is paid once at maturity, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; actual /365).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of March 31, 2026.
