/KASE, March 31, 2026/ – By the decision of the sole shareholder of Industrial Development Fund JSC (KASE ticker – IDFR) dated March 27, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: D. Turysbekov, U. Galym;
• elected: A. Aqan.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC consists of six people.
