/KASE, March 27, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KASE ticker – KZIK) dated March 18, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Murzagalieva;
• elected: R. Tyulegenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of six people.
