/KASE, March 27, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Bank CenterCredit JSC (KASE ticker – CCBN) dated March 18, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• excluded: D. Amankulov, Werner Frans Jozef Claes;
• elected: D. Popov, A. Mukhamejanov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Bank CenterCredit JSC consists of six people.
