/KASE, March 26, 2026/ – Private company BI Development Ltd. (KASE ticker – BIGD) announced the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on March 18, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the distribution of the company's net income for the nine months of 2025 in the amount of 81,933,768,000 tenge as follows:
• 56,933,768,000 tenge shall be retained at the company for further development;
• 25,000,000,000 tenge shall be allocated for the payment of dividends to the company shareholders.
