/KASE, March 18, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) dated March 13, 2026, S. Kartashov was excluded from the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of five persons.
