/KASE, March 17, 2026/ – On March 16, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2C00017333 (HCBNb25; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00017499 (HCBNb26; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00017507 (HCBNb27; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

4) KZ2C00017515 (HCBNb28; KZT 1,000, KZT 20.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

5) KZ2C00017523 (HCBNb29; KZT 1,000, KZT 20.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

6) KZ2C00017531 (HCBNb30; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

7) KZ2C00017549 (HCBNb31; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

8) KZ2C00017556 (HCBNb32; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

9) KZ2C00017564 (HCBNb33; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of March 17, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of these bonds are the seventh to 15th under the fourth bond program of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC), registered on May 16, 2024, in the amount of KZT 200.0 bn.
