/KASE, March 16, 2026/ – Following a decision of the sole shareholder of Alatau City Bank JSC (KASE ticker – TSBN) dated March 12, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Zh. Azbekov;
• elected: N. Kusainov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Alatau City Bank JSC consists of five people.
