/KASE, March 16, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Freedom Finance JSC (KASE ticker – FFIN) dated March 12, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: M. Mantaeva;
• elected: A. Saenko.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Freedom Finance JSC consists of three persons.
