/KASE, March 4, 2026/ – Today, a special trading session took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) for the placement of two issues of bonds of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region.

Following the results of the special trading session, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002897 ("government securities" sector, KGK120_289; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,397,062,000; 04.03.26 – 04.03.36; annual coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 1.4 bn;

2) KZMJ00002905 ("government securities" sector, KGK 084_290; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,191,187,000; 04.03.26 – 04.03.33 ; annual coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) for KZT 4.2 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems.
