/KASE, March 4, 2026/ – On March 3, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) (Almaty) in the official list of KASE in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00017473 (HCBNb23; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);
• KZ2C00017481 (HCBNb24; KZT 1,000, KZT 45.0 bn; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of March 4, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
