/KASE, February 27, 2026/ – The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has appointed N. Tursunkhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Agency, as its representative on the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). I. Moysov, Director of the Agency's Securities Market Department, has been appointed as the person authorized to replace N. Tursunkhanov in his absence.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market", the Board of Directors of KASE includes, on a permanent basis, one representative from the authorized body (the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market) and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the right to vote.

The following changes have been made to the composition of the Board of Directors' Issuer Audit Committee and the Listing Commission:

• Board of Directors' Issuer Audit Committee – I. Moisov was appointed (in his absence – Z. Zhumabaeva);
• Listing Commission – I. Moisov was appointed (in his absence – Z. Zhumabaeva).
