/KASE, February 25, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG JSC (KASE ticker – AKMG) dated February 19, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: Sh. Zholaev;
• elected: B. Aliev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG JSC consists of three persons.
