/KASE, February 20, 2026/ – Private company BI Development Ltd. (KASE ticker – BIGD) has provided amended issue prospectuses for the following bonds registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on February 19, 2026, and certificates of state registration of the bond issue, replacing those previously issued:

• KZ2D00015369 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BIGDb10, $100, $10.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);
• KZ2D00015427 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BIGDb12, $100, $10.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

According to the documents mentioned:

• for bonds KZ2D00015369 (BIGDb10), the maturity was changed from two years to three years, and the par value was changed from 100 US dollars to 300 US dollars;
• for bonds KZ2D00015427 (BIGDb12), the par value was changed from 100 US dollars to 200 US dollars.
