/KASE, February 13, 2026/ – KMF Bank JSC (KASE ticker – MFKM) announces that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the bank will be held on March 17, 2026.

The meeting agenda:

1) on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank shareholders;

2) on approval of the report on the execution of the bank's budget as of December 31, 2025;

3) on determining the amount and conditions of payment of remuneration and compensation of expenses to members of the bank's Board of Directors;

4) on approval of the revised Dividend Payment Policy;

5) on approval of the Bank's Strategy until 2028 and the Bank's Business Plan for 2026–2028;

6) on the conclusion of a deal to attract financing from BlueOrchard Microfinance Fund (BOMF).
