/KASE, February 12, 2026/ – On February 12, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following social bonds of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2C00016806 (JSBNb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00016822 (JSBNb10; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00016830 (JSBNb11; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

4) KZ2C00016848 (JSBNb12; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of February 12, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

These bond issues are the eighth to 11th under the third bond program of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC, registered on July 4, 2024, in the amount of KZT 1,700.0 bn.
