/KASE, February 5, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) dated February 2, 2026, R. Irmatov was removed from the bank's Management Board.

Following the change made, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of six people.
