/KASE, February 5, 2026/ – SFC "SMK FF-1" LLP (KASE ticker – SFKF) announced the partial early redemption on February 1, 2026 of bonds KZ2P00014632 (SFKFb1), in accordance with the bond issue prospectus.

The par value of the bonds after partial early redemption is 739 tenge, the amount of payment towards partial early redemption of the par value of the bonds is 79,200,000 tenge.
