/KASE, February 3, 2026/ – On February 2, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2C00017093 (KAFIb19; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00017143 (KAFIb20; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00017150 (KAFIb21; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

4) KZ2C00017168 (KAFIb22; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

5) KZ2C00017176 (KAFIb23; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

6) KZ2C00017184 (KAFIb24; KZT 1,000, KZT 50 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of February 3, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

These bond issues are the first through sixth under the fifth bond program of KazAgroFinance JSC, registered on January 23, 2026, in the amount of KZT 300.0 bn.
