• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 133,700,000 units, preferred shares - 300,000 units;
• 13,494,766 common shares and 225,876 preferred shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank bought back 698 common shares and 181 preferred shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of 10 or more percent of the total number of the bank outstanding shares is JP FINANCE GROUP LLP, owning 10,509,791 common shares of the bank (76.60 % of the total number of the bank outstanding shares or 77.88 % of the total number of the bank outstanding common shares).
