According to the report of KPMG Audit LLP, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Bereke Bank JSC (SB of Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) as of December 31, 2024, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
