/KASE, February 2, 2026/ – Following the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of ForteLeasing JSC (KASE ticker – TMLZ) dated January 28, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: M. Zhakezhanov, Y. Tashenov;
• elected: T. Issatayev, M. Jaukenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ForteLeasing JSC consists of three people.
