/KASE, January 29, 2026/ – On January 27, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00017056 (MFLGb25; KZT 1,000, KZT 800.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00017064 (MFLGb26; KZT 1,000, KZT 800.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00017072 (MFLGb27; KZT 1,000, KZT 900.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00017080 (MFLGb28; KZT 1,000, KZT 900.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of January 29, 2026.
