Microfinance Organization aFinance notifies of three month suspension of its license
/KASE, January 29, 2026/ – Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP (KASE ticker – MFAF) reported the following:

We hereby notify you that the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Development and Regulation of the Financial Market has decided to suspend the license of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP for a period of three months.
The basis for making this decision was the failure to comply with the written order of the authorized body within the specified time period.
According to the Company's founders and top management, this decision is temporary and does not create significant risks for investors holding the issuer's bonds.
The license suspension does not affect the issuer's current obligations to investors under the bond issues. All coupon payments, as well as principal repayments, will be made in full and strictly according to the established schedule, without changes or delays.
During the period of license suspension, the Company plans:
- optimization of the structure of operating and administrative expenses;
- elimination of the issues identified by the regulator, including those related to IT systems;
- further development and automation of internal processes, including control, accounting and reporting.
